About the role

HANSA-FLEX Croatia is seeking a qualified Bravar (welder/metal worker) to join its team in Zagreb (Novi Jelkovec). The role involves performing welding and metal‑processing operations while interpreting technical drawings and plans.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out welding and metal‑processing tasks according to specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and plans to guide work.
• Operate measuring tools to ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Apply safety procedures when working with metals.
• Use hand and power tools such as grinders, drills, and forklifts.

Required profile

• Secondary technical school education in a mechanical or related field.
• Minimum three years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to work independently with precision and responsibility.
• Familiarity with safety standards for metal work.
