About the role
Join the bar team at Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Split and create high‑quality alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages in a dynamic, fun atmosphere.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks and cocktails to a high standard.
- Mix ingredients, craft cocktails and keep bar tools and equipment clean after each use.
- Monitor bar stock, maintain a clean, organized and well‑stocked cocktail station.
- Follow strict hygiene standards and Food & Beverage regulations at all times.
- Support fellow bar team members and contribute to a positive team environment.
Required profile
- EU citizen with proficiency in English.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as a bartender.
- Strong problem‑solving ability, self‑motivation and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Professional communication skills and a teamwork mentality.
