About the role
We are seeking a friendly and reliable barista/waiter to join our team at Stow Coffee Roasters in Split. The successful candidate will prepare high‑quality coffee and other beverages, serve guests with a smile, and help keep the café clean and welcoming.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso‑based drinks and other beverages according to company standards.
- Take orders, handle payments and ensure prompt, courteous service to all guests.
- Maintain a tidy work area, clean equipment and follow hygiene regulations.
- Work collaboratively with team members and adapt to shift schedules, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a barista, waiter or in a similar hospitality role.
- Responsible, communicative and professional attitude toward guests.
- Friendly, guest‑focused mindset and strong team spirit.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
