Bar Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Bar Manager to lead our bar team at the Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Split. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service, and driving profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, train, and develop the bar team through coaching and performance reviews.
• Deliver exceptional bar service that enhances guest satisfaction and creates memorable experiences.
• Oversee all daily bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, stock control, and storage procedures.
• Create and maintain effective stock management and cost‑control strategies.
• Ensure the bar is fully staffed, well‑equipped, and prepared for daily operations.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and motivating team environment.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff.
• Implement and monitor operational standards, SOPs, and quality procedures at all times.
• Review sales performance, optimize stock rotation, and maintain profitability targets.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and Food & Beverage regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2‑5 years of experience as a Bar Manager.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication skills with a professional and approachable attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent English.
• EU citizenship.
