Automehaničar / Mehaničar (m/ž) – Split, Osijek, Donji Stupnik

About the role

We are looking for qualified mechanics to independently service and repair construction, agricultural and municipal machines across three regions in Croatia: a workshop in Donji Stupnik, the eastern region based in Osijek, and the Dalmatian area. The position is open to both men and women.

Key responsibilities

• Perform servicing, maintenance and fault diagnostics on a variety of heavy equipment.
• Repair machines according to manufacturer instructions and safety standards.
• Collaborate with a team, keep accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Follow all safety regulations and procedural guidelines.

Required profile

• Preferably 3 years of experience in similar mechanical roles (not mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of English is a plus (not mandatory).
• Familiarity with computer use is advantageous (not mandatory).

Required skills

• Machine diagnostics.
