Assistant Wellness & Spa Manager

About the role

The Assistant Wellness & Spa Manager will support the Wellness Manager in daily operations of the spa centre, ensuring smooth coordination of reception, therapists and guest services. This position offers a clear development path toward a senior wellness leadership role.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the spa reception and therapist team.
• Organise shift schedules and daily priorities.
• Monitor reservations, utilisation of time slots and therapist availability.
• Control service standards and readiness of spa spaces.
• Participate in onboarding and training of new staff.
• Track upselling and retail performance.
• Resolve operational requests and guest complaints.
• Prepare operational reports.
• Act as substitute for the Wellness Manager during absences within assigned authority.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in wellness, hospitality, reception or premium customer service.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Active knowledge of English.
• Professional attitude toward guests and team members.
• Leadership potential and desire for growth.
• Advantage: experience in 4★/5★ hotels, spa booking systems, wellness service sales and staff training.
