Assistant Department Manager - Product (m/f)

About the role

The Assistant Department Manager – Product will support the department head in overseeing product flow and stockroom operations for a new brand launch in Croatia. You will work closely with the sales floor team to ensure optimal product availability and high standards of presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels on the sales floor and ensure regular product replenishment.
• Oversee stockroom operations, maintaining organization and cleanliness.
• Motivate, develop, and delegate tasks to the team.
• Collaborate with colleagues to keep the sales floor stocked efficiently.
• Prepare reports and analyse key performance indicators and budget achievement.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience managing a team in the retail industry.
• Good command of English for daily communication.
• Experience handling product flow and stockroom responsibilities.
• Commitment to delivering high‑level customer service.
• Results‑oriented mindset with strong organisational abilities.
