About the role

STARLING nekretnine is looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join its Zagreb office. You will be responsible for building a client base, advising prospects, and closing property transactions while ensuring all legal and documentation requirements are met.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a database of potential clients.
• Communicate daily with existing and prospective clients.
• Advise clients, identify their needs, and propose suitable properties.
• Achieve sales targets and responsibly execute all related activities.
• Verify legal and land‑registry documentation for each transaction.

Required profile

• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation potential.
• Desire for continuous learning, development and career progression.
• High initiative, pro‑activity, enthusiasm and dedication.
• Strong sense of personal responsibility and result orientation.
• Excellent self‑organization and teamwork attitude.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Fluency in at least one foreign language.

• Proficient use of MS Office applications.
