About the role

We are looking for a proactive and people‑oriented Real Estate Agent to join Croatia's largest real estate agency. You will work with clients throughout the entire property transaction process, from searching for properties to closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate real estate transactions including buying, selling, and renting.
• Organise and conduct property viewings with clients.
• Prepare and process all documentation related to real‑estate deals.
• Advise clients and provide support throughout the purchase or sale process.
• Actively search for new properties and build your own client base.

Required profile

• Experience in sales or customer‑facing roles (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication, initiative and result‑oriented attitude.
• Basic computer literacy.
