About the role

We are looking for a proactive Real Estate Agent to join Croatia's largest property agency. You will work directly with clients throughout the buying, selling, and rental processes, helping them make informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate property transactions, including purchases, sales, and rentals.
• Organise and conduct property viewings with clients.
• Prepare and process all documentation related to property deals.
• Advise clients and provide support throughout the entire transaction cycle.
• Actively search for new properties and build a personal client base.

Required profile

• Experience in sales or customer‑facing roles (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication, initiative, and result‑orientation.
• Basic computer literacy.
