About the role

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Agent to join our successful team in the Primorje‑Gorski Kotar and Zadar counties. You will act as the bridge between buyers and sellers, helping clients find their ideal home or investment opportunity while ensuring a professional and satisfying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Actively prospect new clients interested in buying or selling property.
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients.
• Handle the administrative side of transactions, including verification of legal and land‑registry documents.
• Enter client data into the system and prepare property descriptions, floor plans, and promotional materials.
• Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and buying/selling strategies.
• Manage the full sales process from property presentation and negotiation to contract signing.
• Monitor market changes and adjust personal sales strategy accordingly.

Required profile

• Experience in sales or real‑estate brokerage.
• Excellent written and oral communication, negotiation skills.
• Strong initiative, organization, enthusiasm and pro‑activity.
• High personal responsibility, result‑orientation and perseverance.
• Integrity, professionalism and teamwork.
• Eagerness to learn, develop and advance.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of the local real‑estate market and legal regulations.
• Active use of MS Office and at least one foreign language.
