About the role

We are looking for a motivated real‑estate agent to join our team in Zagreb and surrounding areas. The role involves managing the full sales and rental process, from client contact to closing deals, with a strong focus on field work and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end mediation of property sales and rentals.
• Maintain and update the internal property database.
• Communicate regularly with new and existing clients.
• Provide advice and guidance to sellers and buyers to achieve fair prices under optimal conditions.
• Assess client needs and financial capacity to propose suitable solutions.
• Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property values.

Required profile

• Excellent organisational, communication and presentation abilities.
• At least one year of sales experience, preferably in real‑estate.
• Flexibility, initiative and goal‑orientation.
• High sense of responsibility, professionalism and teamwork.
• Willingness to work on‑site and travel within the region.
• Passion for the job and desire for professional success.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
