About the role

We are looking for a motivated Financial Department Agent to join our team in Zagreb. The role involves supporting the finance department by assessing financial risks, processing applications, and ensuring data accuracy through direct client contact.

Key responsibilities

• Assess financial risks and process incoming applications.
• Verify client‑provided information via telephone to ensure accuracy and trust.
• Analyze client data and recommend optimal payment plans.
• Perform administration and data entry in line with local regulations and company policy.
• Participate in company training programmes and continuously develop professional skills.
• Carry out additional tasks as required by the team.

Required profile

• Secondary school, vocational or university education (SSS, VŠS, VSS).
• Proficiency with the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience in the financial or banking sector is a plus.
• High sense of responsibility, strong communication, analytical thinking, quick problem‑solving and teamwork abilities.
