About the role

Qucha Nekretnine is expanding its team and seeks an experienced real‑estate agent who creates results rather than waiting for them. The position is based in Zagreb and focuses on acquiring, marketing, and closing property transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new property listings and client relationships.
• Contact owners, arrange viewings, and manage the sales pipeline.
• Negotiate with buyers and sellers to bring deals to successful completion.
• Maintain high‑quality service standards throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• Passed the professional exam for real‑estate brokerage.
• At least 6 months of experience in property mediation.
• Proven ability to work independently in acquisition and client management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, responsibility, and organizational skills.
