About the role

The company seeks a diligent Administrator to handle the preparation and management of documentation for public procurement processes. You will work closely with sales, project, and service teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor published public and simple procurement procedures.
• Review procurement documentation and verify tender conditions.
• Prepare and submit offers within deadlines.
• Collect certificates, statements, forms, and other required documents.
• Draft technical specifications and cost estimates in collaboration with sales, designers, service, and suppliers.
• Communicate with clients, business partners, and equipment manufacturers.
• Operate the Electronic Public Procurement Bulletin of the Republic of Croatia (EOJN RH).
• Track deadlines, clarification requests, decisions, and other procedural activities.
• Administer contracts, purchase orders, guarantees, and related paperwork.
• Maintain records of submitted offers and archive documentation.
• Support the sales team with commercial proposals and administrative tasks.

Required profile

• At least secondary education, preferably in economics, administration or law.
• High proficiency with computer applications, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong precision, organization, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Capability to understand tender and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication and administrative abilities.
• Independence, responsibility and discretion.
• Fluent Croatian language and business correspondence.
• Experience with public procurement documentation and EOJN RH is a significant advantage.
• Good English for communication with foreign manufacturers is desirable.
