About the role

We are looking for a motivated and communicative individual to join our dynamic Sales Department in Zagreb. The role involves supporting the sales process, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and keep the customer database up‑to‑date.
• Communicate with customers, providing information on offers and purchase conditions.
• Manage the sales process and build lasting customer relationships.
• Prepare calculations, quotations and sales reports.
• Coordinate documentation for the legal department and handle notarisation procedures.
• Liaise with external institutions and collaborate with internal company departments.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• High sense of responsibility, organization and ability to meet deadlines.
• Capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Resilience to dynamic work conditions.
• Professional attitude with prior business experience.
• Experience in real‑estate transactions is a plus, but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office (MS Office).
