About the role

We are looking for a motivated Administrator to manage the front‑desk and provide customer support at our clinic in Zagreb. The role combines patient registration, appointment coordination and administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Register patients, schedule and coordinate medical appointments.
• Provide basic information about services and procedures.
• Process administrative documents such as intake forms, consents and insurance inquiries.
• Archive documentation and handle billing according to internal procedures.
• Collaborate with medical staff to maintain an uninterrupted workflow.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Preferably a health‑related background (not mandatory).
• Experience in a polyclinic or similar medical environment is a plus.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Positive, calm attitude and good English proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
