About the role

We are seeking a motivated Transport Administrator to become part of our ROAD team in Zagreb. In this role you will manage the administrative aspects of road transport processes, ensuring that all required documents are correctly prepared, verified, and entered into our IT systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the administrative part of the transport process, including coordination with drivers and partners.
• Review transport documents for completeness and compliance.
• Obtain any missing documentation and follow up with relevant parties.
• Enter transport data into IT applications and keep records up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary school education, preferably in road transport or administrative studies.
• At least two years of experience in administrative roles within logistics or transport.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency with standard office software.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
• High attention to detail, speed, and motivation to achieve results.
• Initiative, sense of responsibility and quick adaptation to a dynamic environment.
