About the role

The Administrative‑Sales Associate will support the sales team, manage procurement and logistics, and ensure smooth daily operations of the showroom. This position combines customer interaction, document handling, and digital communication in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare sales offers together with the sales manager and track active orders.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers, handling inquiries and follow‑ups.
• Process documentation for external accounting and maintain organized archives.
• Create and update various Excel spreadsheets for internal reporting.
• Order goods from suppliers, coordinate transport, and deliver to construction sites or warehouses.
• Oversee the daily functioning of the showroom.
• Monitor company social media channels (Instagram, Facebook), review incoming messages and forward relevant information.

Required profile

• Reliable individual with a strong work ethic.
• Communicative, organized and able to work independently.
• Previous experience is desirable but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with AI tools for productivity.
