Warehouse and Logistics Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Specialist to join our Zagreb team. You will ensure the smooth flow of materials and components that support the production of advanced robotics systems, handling everything from receipt to shipment while maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, process, and sign for incoming goods.
• Perform basic quality checks on received items.
• Record incoming and outgoing goods and issue items to internal teams.
• Maintain daily stock accuracy and update item numbers according to Gideon nomenclature.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory audits.
• Organise and oversee shipments within Croatia.
• Prepare documentation and coordinate with external logistics providers.
• Develop and optimise logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage customs procedures and Intrastat reporting.
• Maintain accurate data in the ERP system and support cross‑departmental operations.
• Propose new tools and methods to enhance warehouse efficiency.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.

Required profile

• High school or university education in a technical or administrative field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and administration.
• Excellent written English skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Detail‑oriented, highly organised and proactive.
• Valid driver’s licence (category B).
• Bonus: experience in a technical, robotics or industrial‑automation environment.
