VSE Account Manager (f/m)

About the role

The VSE Account Manager will be responsible for managing the full business relationship with small‑business customers, presenting and selling A1 telecom products and services. You will drive the sales process from prospecting to contract renewal, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting company targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all segments of the business relationship with small‑business clients.
• Plan, execute and monitor the sales process to achieve results.
• Acquire new customers and maintain the existing client base.
• Organise daily meetings and visit customers on site.
• Calculate economic parameters of offers, ensure timely contract extensions and prepare initial proposals for new clients.
• Guarantee service quality and customer satisfaction according to company standards.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of relevant sales experience, preferably in telecommunications, IT or ICT.
• Proactive, responsible, strong team spirit and willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new trends in the telco industry.
