About the role

The Risk Management Manager will lead the Risk Management unit within the organization, ensuring systematic identification, assessment, and mitigation of operational risks. This position reports to senior management and collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams to maintain a robust risk culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain risk management frameworks, methodologies and models for operational risk.
• Conduct risk assessments, monitor risk indicators and prepare regular risk reports for senior leadership.
• Coordinate risk mitigation actions and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on risk management best practices.

Required profile

• University degree (Bachelor’s or higher) in Economics, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics or a related field.
• Minimum five years of professional experience in risk management or comparable roles.
• Valid Category B driver’s licence.
• Proficiency in English and strong computer literacy.

Required skills

• Certified expertise in risk management (e.g., EOQ Risk Manager, FRM or equivalent).
• Completed specialist education in risk management.
• In‑depth knowledge of operational risk methodologies and modelling techniques.
