About the role

Telemach Hrvatska is looking for a Direct Sales Team Leader to manage field sales of its telecommunications products and services to private customers in Rijeka. The role involves achieving sales targets, leading a team, and ensuring high‑quality customer interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct direct field sales of telecom products and services to potential private customers.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and prepare sales reports.
• Verify signed documentation, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues.
• Plan and organize team activities to meet sales goals in line with company standards and procedures.
• Provide sales and marketing materials and necessary documentation for on‑site deal closure.
• Train the sales team on sales conversations, offer conditions, and share best practices.
• Control commission calculations, generate performance reports, and analyse results.
• Deliver timely and comprehensive feedback to the immediate manager regarding business activities.

Required profile

• At least secondary education and minimum three years of experience in a similar sales leadership role.
• Strong communication skills, proactive, organized, detail‑oriented, flexible and results‑driven.
• Ability to give and receive feedback, take initiative and inspire team performance.
• Advanced computer skills (MS Office) and proficiency in spoken and written English.
