About the role

The Direct Sales Team Leader will manage field sales of telecom products and services to private customers in Rijeka, driving both individual and team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct direct field sales of telecom products and services to potential private customers.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and prepare sales reports.
• Verify the correctness of signed documentation and resolve customer inquiries.
• Plan and organise team activities to meet sales goals in line with company standards and procedures.
• Provide sales and marketing materials and necessary documentation for closing sales on site.
• Train the sales team on conversation techniques, offer conditions, and share best practices.
• Control commission calculations for all team members and produce performance reports.
• Give timely and comprehensive feedback to the immediate manager regarding business activities.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar sales or team‑lead role.
• Proactive, organized, result‑oriented and able to inspire team performance.
• Strong communication skills and ability to give and receive feedback.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with MS Office.
