About the role

We are looking for a responsible, organized and ambitious individual to take charge as Shift Manager in our restaurant. You will be the key person ensuring smooth daily operations, high service quality and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and coordinate all activities during the shift.
• Lead, motivate and supervise staff members.
• Maintain service standards and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate the work of the dining area, bar and kitchen.
• Schedule and allocate staff within the shift.
• Handle operational issues and communicate with guests.
• Monitor compliance with hygiene, dress code and work standards.
• Track consumption, cash handling and inventory.
• Open and close the venue according to procedures.
• Communicate with the restaurant manager and senior management.
• Participate in training and onboarding of new employees.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality, preferably as a shift manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Proven capability to lead and motivate a team.
• High sense of responsibility, professionalism and independence.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, high‑stress environment.
• Guest‑oriented mindset with a focus on service quality.
• Team player with flexibility in scheduling.
• English language knowledge is a plus.
