About the role

As a Shift Manager in our warehouse, you will lead a team of warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations and a safe working environment. You will act as the main point of contact for your shift, coordinating tasks and communicating with other department leaders to meet company objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and assign tasks to warehouse personnel.
• Ensure timely execution of daily processes.
• Maintain an organized and safe work environment.
• Resolve operational challenges as they arise.
• Communicate effectively with shift managers of other departments to achieve company goals.
• Educate, motivate and support team members.

Required profile

• Experience in a similar role (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Basic proficiency in English.
• Proven experience in leading and developing a team.
• Professional, responsible, proactive and results‑oriented attitude.
