About the role

As the right‑hand of the store manager, you will lead the daily shift, coordinate the team and actively contribute to sales while ensuring the store meets brand standards and delivers an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and lead the shift, directing team activities and fostering engagement.
• Maintain high service levels by participating in sales and supporting colleagues.
• Manage operational processes from goods receipt to visual merchandising according to brand guidelines.
• Ensure the store presents a professional appearance and a pleasant atmosphere.
• Monitor results and make daily decisions that drive profit growth and achieve targets.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion.
• Secondary school or higher education.
• At least one year of sales experience.
• Proactive, positive attitude and ability to motivate the team.
• Well‑organized, adaptable to change.
• Good communication in English.
• Eagerness to learn, develop and take on greater responsibility.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Internet).
