About the role

The Service Manager will organise the workshop that handles installation and repair of automotive glass, act as the main point of contact for customers, and actively support sales initiatives and market development.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and professionally respond to customer inquiries.
• Prepare sales documentation such as offers, orders and invoices.
• Organise and lead the service department for glass installation and repair.
• Visit existing and potential business partners.
• Oversee sales execution and payment collection.
• Build and maintain high‑quality relationships with customers.
• Represent the company with a professional approach and high service standards.

Required profile

• Preferably a university degree (VŠS or VSS).
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Good computer literacy (Word, Excel, Internet).
• Proactive, responsible and results‑oriented.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Experience in the automotive industry (service, parts sales or related) is an advantage.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.
