About the role

The Support Sector Manager will oversee daily store operations across multiple locations in Croatia, ensuring smooth receipt of goods, efficient cash‑register handling, and high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Organise work related to goods receipt and cash‑register operations.
• Lead and coordinate staff to achieve efficient, coordinated workflows.
• Create precise and timely product orders.
• Verify displayed prices, expiry dates, quantities and product quality.
• Coordinate and supervise sales during promotional campaigns.
• Take responsibility for achieving business results.
• Implement and monitor HACCP system requirements.
• Maintain hygiene of work surfaces and personal neatness.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Open and close the store according to procedures.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service and advice to customers.

Required profile

• Secondary school diploma (SSS).
• Experience working in retail.
• Preferably experience in leading and managing staff.
• Good knowledge of the product assortment.
• Preferably basic computer skills.
• Reliability and neatness in task execution.
