About the role

We are looking for a Hall Manager to lead the dining area of our ROX POINT restaurant in Zagreb. The role focuses on organizing floor operations, leading the service team, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate staff schedules to guarantee smooth service.
• Lead, motivate and train waitstaff and other floor personnel.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, handling complaints with a positive attitude.
• Monitor service quality and maintain high standards at all times.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to synchronize orders and timely delivery.
• Manage shift planning and staff rotations.
• Oversee inventory, ordering of materials and equipment needed for floor operations.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar supervisory position within hospitality.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and team‑leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to flexible schedules.
• Responsibility, reliability and a neat appearance.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HACCP standards (preferred).
