About the role

The hotel is looking for a communicative, organized and proactive individual to lead the reception and drive sales. You will be the main point of contact for guests before, during and after their stay, ensuring a high‑quality experience while maximizing occupancy through effective sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and coordinate daily reception operations.
• Manage guest relations and ensure the quality of their stay.
• Handle reservations, availability and allocation of rooms.
• Maintain and update all sales channels, including direct bookings and OTA platforms.
• Participate in pricing strategy and proactively sell hotel accommodation.
• Prepare and send offers to individual, group and corporate guests.
• Communicate with travel agencies, partners and corporate clients.
• Monitor sales results and identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to improve guest experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hotel reception, reservations or sales.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Polite, professional and guest‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
• Fluent in Croatian and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Computer‑savvy with experience in hotel/reservation systems.
• Interest in sales and comfort in a dynamic environment.
• Positive mindset and teamwork orientation.
