About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Production Manager to join our long‑standing, successful agricultural operation. You will lead the planning and execution of crop production, ensuring optimal use of resources and high‑quality results.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and control the entire crop production process.
• Develop production plans and structures, and analyse actual outcomes.
• Determine appropriate agrotechnical measures.
• Monitor proper use of capacities and task execution.
• Report production results to superiors.
• Supervise technologists and other staff.
• Control the quality of planned work operations.

Required profile

• Degree from the Faculty of Agriculture (VSS).
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, including 2 years directly in crop cultivation.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Organisational skills and flexibility.
• Proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Computer literacy.
