About the role

The Store Manager (Voditelj prodavaonice) is responsible for the overall performance of the shop, ensuring compliance with KONZUM procedures, legal regulations and high service standards. The role combines operational leadership, staff management and customer‑focused service in a fast‑moving retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, execute and control all operational tasks according to KONZUM work procedures.
• Manage inventory, merchandising and administrative processes.
• Monitor key performance indicators and achieve set sales and profitability targets.
• Oversee store assets, costs and budgeting.
• Plan and organise employee schedules, supervise daily work and ensure compliance with labour regulations.
• Maintain store appearance, safety, cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Develop and train staff, fostering motivation and high service quality.

Required profile

• Secondary or higher education (IV–VII level).
• At least 2 years of experience managing a larger retail team.
• Strong organisational, communication and motivational abilities.
• Initiative, independence, flexibility and openness to new processes.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a focus on excellent customer service.
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy (ability to work with standard office software).
