About the role

The Sales Centre Manager will lead the entire operation of a retail sales centre in Gospić, ensuring smooth daily activities, meeting business targets and delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise, lead and control all functions of the sales centre.
• Take responsibility for business results and financial performance.
• Motivate, train and monitor centre staff.
• Handle customer communications and resolve complaints.
• Continuously optimise and improve centre processes.
• Coordinate activities with sales departments, warehouse, procurement and finance.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations.

Required profile

• Completed at least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in economics, trade or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar sales‑management role.
• Strong leadership, organisational and analytical abilities.
• Proactive, independent and customer‑oriented mindset.
• Strategic thinking and decision‑making skills.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficient use of the MS Office suite.
