About the role

Tekstilpromet is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead relationships with its key customers. You will act as the primary contact, understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Establish, build, and maintain long‑term, productive business relationships with key customers.
• Identify customer business needs, propose optimal solutions, prepare offers and negotiate commercial terms.
• Participate in designing and executing sales‑enhancement initiatives.
• Monitor and analyse sales results, preparing regular reports.
• Ensure timely collection of receivables and compliance with the company’s financial policy.
• Gather market information and track industry trends.

Required profile

• University degree (VSS or VŠS) with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and sales abilities.
• High motivation, initiative, responsibility and customer‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in the field, and to collaborate in a team.
• Advanced spoken and written English.
• Active driver’s licence (Category B).

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
