About the role

The Branch Manager will lead the Daruvar office of Slatinska banka, ensuring smooth daily operations, compliance with banking procedures, and achievement of sales targets. This role combines team leadership, client relationship management, and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and develop the branch’s activities and processes.
• Monitor daily operations, supervise staff, and enforce banking policies.
• Approve credit, interest, fees and other products according to the authority matrix.
• Create and implement sales plans, driving cross‑selling and up‑selling initiatives.
• Manage the team, allocate tasks efficiently, and support staff performance.
• Ensure continuous training and skill development for all branch employees.
• Acquire new individual and corporate clients and maintain existing relationships.
• Maintain orderly, up‑to‑date, and accurate archived documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of banking experience in sales‑oriented roles for individual clients.
• Ability to understand and explain financial statements.
• Customer‑oriented, communicative, responsible, and team‑focused.
• Proactive, result‑driven attitude with strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced computer skills (MS Office programs, banking applications).
• Possession of a HANFA insurance representation exam is a plus.
