About the role

STQ d.o.o. is looking for an energetic Store Manager to lead its Shoetique location in City Center One West, Zagreb. You will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, ensuring high standards of service, inventory control and staff development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the store in line with company policies and procedures.
• Oversee all daily operations, including sales, customer service and visual merchandising.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and lead regular stock counts.
• Order, receive and control merchandise flow.
• Train, coach and motivate store staff.
• Handle administrative tasks and communicate with senior management.
• Inspire the team to achieve sales targets and monitor performance results.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a similar role.
• Background in footwear and clothing retail.
• Strong leadership and customer‑service orientation.
• Excellent organizational, planning and communication skills.
• Passion for fashion trends and a proactive, motivational attitude.
• Proficiency with MS Office and good command of English.
