About the role

We are looking for a leader who loves sport and can motivate a team to achieve winning results. As a department manager you will act as strategist, motivator and support for your team, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and lead a high‑performing team, making every member feel indispensable.
• Coach and mentor staff, monitoring development and encouraging continuous education.
• Plan the assortment and commercial offer, keeping the department tidy, attractive and aligned with the brand vision.
• Own KPIs and financial results, analysing performance and driving continuous improvement.
• Guarantee an excellent customer experience so every shopper leaves with a smile.
• Foster a safe, collaborative environment where challenges become learning opportunities.

Required profile

• Passion for sport and natural leadership qualities.
• Excellent listening skills and decisive decision‑making, understanding team needs and local challenges.
• Strong belief in teamwork and the ability to inspire collective success.
• Awareness of retail trends and the ability to set high standards.
