About the role

We are looking for a proactive, experienced and motivated professional to join our team as a Manager. You will be responsible for leading teams, improving processes and ensuring high performance and satisfaction across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and supervise daily operations.
• Lead, motivate and develop team members, maintaining high productivity.
• Monitor performance, identify improvement areas and implement new offers.
• Optimize internal processes and procedures to increase efficiency.
• Prepare regular reports on results achieved.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations.
• Maintain active communication with internal and external partners.
• Manage resources effectively.

Required profile

• University degree in economics, engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory position.
• Proven team‑leadership and project‑management abilities.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to solve problems independently and make decisions.
• Proactive, result‑oriented attitude.
• Fluent spoken and written Croatian.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.

Required skills

• Advanced computer skills, especially MS Office suite.
• Familiarity with the hospitality software REMARIS (preferred).
