About the role

The company is looking for a Logistics Manager to lead and optimise all logistics activities, ensuring timely and cost‑effective delivery of goods. You will supervise the warehouse team, coordinate transport, and work closely with internal departments and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and coordinate all logistics operations.
• Oversee storage, receipt, picking and dispatch processes.
• Coordinate transport and distribution, optimise routes.
• Lead, organise and control the logistics and warehouse team.
• Create work schedules, assign tasks and monitor employee performance.
• Monitor inventory levels.
• Collaborate with suppliers, customers, carriers and other business partners.
• Track delivery deadlines and resolve operational issues.
• Control logistics costs and propose reduction measures.
• Monitor logistics KPIs and prepare performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards and safety rules.
• Organise inventories and support warehouse audits.
• Work with procurement, sales, finance and other departments to ensure business continuity.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement more efficient solutions.
• Guarantee timely, high‑quality deliveries while optimising human and material resources.

Required profile

• Knowledge of foreign languages.
• Familiarity with relevant logistics software and tools.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Team‑working capability.
• Independence, responsibility and problem‑solving skills.
