About the role

The company is looking for a proactive Key Account Manager to lead relationships with major customers, including retail chains, wholesale partners and HoReCa accounts. You will be responsible for negotiating contracts, introducing new products and ensuring smooth operational execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with key customers across retail, wholesale and HoReCa segments.
• Negotiate annual contracts, pricing, discounts and promotional activities.
• Plan sales targets per customer, monitor margins, collections and overall performance.
• Introduce new products to customer assortments and ensure shelf visibility.
• Visit customers on‑site to resolve operational issues such as deliveries, complaints and returns.
• Coordinate with production and logistics to plan quantities and delivery schedules.
• Prepare regular reports on market trends and sales results.

Required profile

• University degree (VSS or VŠS) in economics or a related field.
• Minimum three years of sales experience, preferably in the food industry or with retail chains.
• Proven negotiation skills and ability to work independently.
• Good command of business English.
• Valid B‑category driving licence and willingness to work in the field.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
