About the role

We are looking for a responsible, communicative and sales‑oriented professional to lead key accounts and retail partners for Fidelius distribucija in Zagreb. The role focuses on developing and maintaining relationships with major customers, driving sales growth and ensuring the successful execution of commercial agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with key customers and business partners.
• Negotiate sales terms, contracts, discounts and promotional activities.
• Create and monitor customer‑specific sales plans.
• Analyse sales performance, market trends, competition and customer needs.
• Identify new business opportunities and increase revenue.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, marketing and finance departments.
• Monitor invoicing, stock levels, product availability and agreement fulfilment.
• Prepare reports, presentations and proposals for management.
• Ensure proper product/brand positioning with key accounts.
• Conduct regular visits to customers to maintain long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, key‑account management, retail or working with large customers.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and drive sales initiatives.
• Analytical mindset with understanding of sales metrics.
• Responsible, organized and proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general MS Office tools.
