About the role

The company is looking for a qualified manager to lead electrical works on construction sites. The role involves planning, supervising and reporting on all electrical activities while ensuring compliance with schedules and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, execute and monitor organisational, scheduling and financial plans for the construction site.
• Allocate and organise work on site efficiently.
• Maintain the construction diary and book, and calculate completed works.
• Develop cost estimates and prepare tender offers.
• Send inquiries to manufacturers and collect their quotations.

Required profile

• Good computer knowledge (Office, CAD, EPLAN).
• Preferably experience in organising, managing and supervising electrical works.
• Preferably experience in preparing calculations, tender offers and handling supplier inquiries.
• Preferably familiar with site documentation and capable of managing multiple teams or projects simultaneously.
• Preferably a member of a construction or works chamber (SSS, VŠS, VSS).
• Knowledge of at least one foreign language (German or English).
