About the role

We are looking for a practical, technically‑oriented sales professional to join our team in Donji Stupnik (Zagreb) and Split. You will help customers choose the right heating, water and installation equipment while providing expert advice.

Key responsibilities

• Sell and give technical advice on heating, water and installation products.
• Prepare offers, process orders and coordinate with the warehouse.
• Handle order receipt, documentation and preparation for delivery.
• Order goods for customers and manage inventory.
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate solutions.
• Operate the cash register and maintain the sales floor.

Required profile

• Secondary school education in economics or a technical field (technical or vocational school preferred).
• Experience in technical goods, construction, installations or working with craftsmen is an advantage.
• Interest in technical products, tools, heating and installations.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Willingness to learn the product range and strong communication skills.
