About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented individual to join our wine shop in Zagreb. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining a tidy environment, and supporting the daily operations of the shop.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting wines and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Handle sales transactions using a PC‑based cash register (POS system).
• Maintain the shop’s cleanliness, organization, and product presentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth teamwork and a pleasant atmosphere.

Required profile

• Customer‑oriented mindset with a strong focus on service quality.
• Polite communication style, responsibility, and willingness to work in a team.
• Neat appearance and reliable attendance.

Required skills

• POS system operation (PC cash register).
