About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic sales and decorator specialists to join our HomeDeco stores in Zagreb. You will help customers choose the right home‑decor items, create attractive displays, and ensure the shop environment is welcoming.

Key responsibilities

• Active sales and customer advice on HomeDeco product range.
• Design and arrange decorative displays.
• Maintain store appearance, product presentation and cleanliness.
• Receive, inspect and stock merchandise.
• Operate the cash register and issue receipts.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders when needed.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Promote a positive company image and deliver excellent customer experience.

Required profile

• Experience working with flowers and decorations.
• Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Friendly, communicative and positive attitude.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Reliability and punctuality.
