About the role

The company is looking for a Tester of Electrical Systems to perform functional checks and testing of various electrical equipment in its Rugvica facility. The role involves close cooperation with senior testers, engineers and quality teams while ensuring safety and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute testing and functional verification of electrical equipment such as low‑voltage switchgear, busway systems and power distribution units (PDUs).
• Follow approved test procedures, technical drawings and test plans.
• Prepare test equipment and stations.
• Provide accurate measurement results and support test steps in the presence of the customer.
• Communicate findings promptly to lead test engineers or supervisors.
• Record test results according to QA/QC and project documentation standards.
• Update test forms, measurement sheets and deviation records.
• Submit completed documentation for review by senior testers or managers.
• Handle and maintain electrical measurement and testing instruments correctly.
• Ensure proper equipment use in line with calibration requirements.
• Consistently apply LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in test areas.
• Collaborate daily with senior testers, engineers and quality teams.
• Participate in basic troubleshooting under supervision.
• Support the implementation of standardized test procedures within the team.

Required profile

• Secondary school or higher education in electrical engineering, power engineering or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of electrical equipment and testing methods.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics (single‑line diagrams, wiring diagrams).
• Practical experience with electrical tools, instruments and measurement equipment.
