About the role

Bobis d.o.o. is looking for a dedicated Technologist to support the Production sector in Solin. You will help organise work, plan capacity and ensure the plant operates efficiently while complying with legal and HACCP requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in organising optimal work processes, capacity planning and plant management.
• Monitor and apply relevant legal regulations within the production scope.
• Control task execution, work organisation and production processes to maximise productivity and cost‑effectiveness.
• Implement and maintain HACCP‑based systems and procedures.
• Maintain personnel records according to internal policies.
• Ensure correct technological procedures are followed during production.
• Analyse and resolve technical chart issues and other non‑conformities.
• Propose new procedures, processes and standards to improve efficiency and resource management.
• Participate in new product development, recipe creation, declarations, norms and production specifications.
• Collect data and prepare reports for inspection and supervisory purposes.
• Mentor and evaluate staff, continuously improving their technical skills.
• Report periodically on activity outcomes and protect company trade secrets.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Required profile

• Higher education in food technology, industrial engineering or a related field.
• Responsible approach to work tasks.
• Reliability, dedication and accuracy.
• Willingness to work in a team.
