About the role

The company is looking for a motivated Technologist / Construction Technician to support the construction sector leader. You will work in the Zagreb construction laboratory, ensuring concrete quality and assisting in product development.

Key responsibilities

• Support the construction sector manager in daily activities.
• Develop concrete mix designs and formulate recipes.
• Conduct fresh and hardened concrete testing according to standards.
• Process and analyse test results, prepare reports and maintain testing records.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure its proper functioning.
• Perform internal quality control and participate in the introduction of new products.
• Keep the work area tidy, safe and organized.
• Collaborate with sales, control and other departments.
• Occasionally perform one‑day field work at customer sites.

Required profile

• Secondary school education with a technical focus.
• Driving licence category B.
• Proactive attitude and ability to handle urgent or crisis situations.
• Good communication, neatness and organisational skills.
• Ability to use English in both spoken and written form.
