Technical Support Specialist (2nd/3rd level)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide 2nd and 3rd level assistance for SICK products and services. You will act as a bridge between customers and our R&D teams, ensuring functional and technical issues are resolved efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 2nd and 3rd level support for SICK sensors and automation solutions.
• Answer customer inquiries, troubleshoot functional and technical problems, and reproduce reported issues.
• Test product functionalities and collaborate with R&D on complex cases.
• Conduct training sessions for customers and end‑users.
• Gather customer requirements and feedback to drive product improvements.
• Continuously expand expertise in SICK product portfolio.
